The Service
The key to a productive visit to Poland is knowing what you are doing, what you are allowed to do, and finding people who can help you do it! We all know how much time is wasted in our own countries viewing properties that are unsuitable either because the agent was not properly briefed or because they were just desperate to show something.
In Poland it is not the norm for agents to hold keys to a property. More often they will book an appointment with the vendor and give you an address - the rest is up to you! This means you cannot always ask questions at the property and you can waste hours trying to find one apartment and then spend more time trying to make yourself understood to the vendor.
Mamdom 'Visit Poland' investor programmes are designed to make sure you save time and money.
The service includes:
- Pre briefing the right agents or organisations on your requirements before you arrive
- Choosing the offers that will suit your needs, not the ones that will earn the agents the highest commission
- Providing a car with driver and a translator so you concentrate on what you came for, not on reading maps, asking for directions and trying to make yourself understood to vendors!
- Introducing you to English speaking professionals such as solicitors should you want to make an offer
Timescales
Most buyers find one day is enough. In cities there will be time to view eight to ten apartments or two to four large buildings, in rural areas there will be time to visit five to ten properties depending on how far the distance is between them.
We do not recommend any more than two days of viewings as this often causes confusion remembering the details of individual offers.
Please note this service is very popular and we usually require about four weeks notice in order to ensure we can organise your driver, interpretor and viewings.
Fees and Charges
There is a fee of 350 GBP per day for the driver, interpretor, car and pre-arrangement of viewings. This fee is for one person with an additional charge of 50 GBP for each extra person up to three people.
Larger parties can be arranged but there maybe a further fee for the hire of a MPV. Airport pick up and booking accommodation can be organised separately on request.
