The Service

This is a crucial moment that can be very costly if a foreign buyer gets it wrong. To start with you are on unfamiliar territory and bargaining a good price can prove extremely difficult. It is also important to make sure that both you and the vendor are agreed on what exactly the sale includes (items such as fitted kitchens, toilets, baths, sinks are not automatically assumed to be part of the sale). Although this should all come out in the legalities it is time and money wasted if what you thought you were buying is not what you are getting

Mamdom has native Polish speakers who can make sure you get the best price and avoid being taken for a ride. We can also work with both you and the seller throughout the transaction to make sure there is no confusion and emotions do not run high.

Timescales

Property sales in Poland move much faster than in many countries, often because the buyer and seller both use the same solicitor and usually a date is agreed where all parties will meet, go over the contracts and legal documents, and exchange. We know the pace can be unnerving but with a Mamdom representative there is no need for anything to go wrong

Fees and Charges

Please note Mamdom receives no commission on any property you choose to purchase so all you get is impartial, objective advice. There is a fee of half a percent plus 22% VAT for assisting in the negotiation of the sale price and a fee of 490 GBP (approx 700 EUR) + 22% VAT to assist in the transaction. These services can be taken together or used separately and are fixed, they will not rise no matter how long the negotiation or transaction takes.
